5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We are not responsible for reminders that are delayed, undelivered, or sent incorrectly due to mobile network issues, incorrect scheduling by the user, or other technical factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicsGenie LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
